Return Policy

EyeSee360 products may be returned within 90 days of delivery for a full or partial refund. Products returned within 30 days in original condition (see below) are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping. This full refund return period may be extended up to 90 days at the discretion of EyeSee360 support personnel if they are unable to assist in resolving camera compatibility issues.

Products returned after 30 days but before 90 days from date of receipt require a 20% restocking fee if returned in original condition.

Returns must meet the following criteria to be considered "original condition":

  1. All parts included in the original shipment (hardware, manuals, discs, tools, etc.) must be included.
  2. No signs of damage: scratches, bent parts, missing pieces, markings, alterations, or additions to the product.
  3. No signs of usage or wear on the product.
  4. Product must be returned with the original box and packing materials.

Returns may carry a higher restocking fee if any of the following conditions apply:

  1. There are missing parts; hardware, manuals, discs, nuts/bolts, tools, or packaging materials.
  2. There are signs of damage: scratches, bent parts, missing pieces, markings, alterations, or additions to the product.
  3. There are signs of usage or wear to the product.
  4. There is damage or loss incurred during uninsured shipping to EyeSee360. In this case, EyeSee360 cannot issue any type of refund. Customer will be responsible to submit a claim to their shipping company.

Purchaser must ship returns with an approved carrier, such as UPS, FedEx, or US Postal Service, and with appropriate levels of shipping insurance for the item being returned. EyeSee360 is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit. All shipping costs, VAT, duties and return costs are sole responsibility of customer.
